Collection:
Dog or Cat collection fees can be arranged with the customer at the time of booking in.
The charge will be per owner and will remain the same when collecting animals from one owner irrespective of the number of animals. The fee for delivering dogs back to their owners will be the same as the arranged collection fee.
Booking Fee & Veterinary Insurance Cover

This Insurance will cover all Veterinary and Medicinal Fees deemed to be necessary while the animal is in the Kennels.
(This Insurance Cover does not cover existing illness or conditions and expires once the dog leaves the Kennels.)
We have found over the past three years that costs have always outgrown our charges i.e. kennel maintenance, dog & cat food, staff wages, insurance, light & heat, waste disposal, computerisation and kennel administration have all increased by larger percentages than the charges we make to our customers.
Special Rates: We are always prepared to discuss a special pricing arrangement with customers for long stay animals. This means animals in the Kennels for twenty days or more on one booking. We will also consider a price for more than two dogs using one large kennel.
